Today I did my third Substack Live. That’s three weeks in a row! Now this has become a pattern. I can’t commit yet to saying I’ll always do a Live every week, but for now I can at least say, I’ll try!

Tech setups are hard, and that’s perfectly normal. I don’t the bumps and bruises of a tech setup to discourage you from getting to the build. I describe more in this post.
I created a Claude Code Installation tutorial and what to look out for when setting up Claude Code for the first time.
How I set up the first live real-time build sessions of the HART Studio to get you comfortable with doing a full build process end-to-end. My philosophy is focus on the smallest thing to move you forward and build from there.
