Hello HART Builders and friends!

This is the first week of live group sessions, where we meet on Zoom and start creating the culture of the HART Studio together!

There are three events this week. Don’t forget to sign up to get the Zoom link and mark the event on your calendars.

The heart of the HART Studio is us together, in a virtual room, building in the same space and time and sharing with each other what we’ve built.

The world of AI is moving so fast, it’s easy to feel left behind. You can work with your AI, but there’s only so much you can do by yourself, even with a powerful sidekick.

The HART Studio is a place where you can build with AI together with other people that just want to learn outside of the hype that dominants the AI conversation.

This is a space where we can take a collective breath and sink into a moment where the goal is to learn and build something that matters to you.

Upcoming Events

HART Builders Meet and Greet | Thursday, June 18, 2-3PM PT

  • The goal of the HART Studio isn’t just that we learn how to build with AI, but that we do it in a community where we feel trust and safety to share what we’ve built, celebrate each other, and give feedback with care.

  • The Meet and Greet is our first chance to do that together as a group.

  • If you’re comfortable, come prepared to show something you’ve built with AI. It doesn’t have to be something you built in code. It could be something that sparked something in you — something you’re excited about or that was a horrible failure you learned from.

This event is only available to HART Builders with a paid subscription. Once you upgrade, you can access the sign-up links at the bottom of this post.

The HART Studio Launch Session (Free) | Friday, June 19, 8:30-9:30AM PT

  • Join us for a one hour free session to officially kick off the HART Studio as it should be celebrated — a live group session on Zoom.

  • In this session, I’ll give an overview of the HART Studio then jump into two live build demos.

    • The first demo will demonstrate the full build development life cycle using Claude and GitHub.

    • The second demo will show how to iterate on a build using Claude Code and GitHub.

  • If you have Claude, Claude Code, or GitHub set up, feel free to follow along! Other LLMs may work as well.

  • Immediately following this session will be a tech setup session to get you ready for future HART Studio build sessions. Requires a paid subscription.

The HART Studio Bonus Tech Setup Session (Paid only) | Friday, June 19, 9:30-10AM PT

  • Immediately after the Launch Session, hop into a bonus group tech setup session for HART Builders.

  • Tech setup isn’t for the faint of heart. And it’s the first step to being able to build with AI successfully.

  • This is the first of several opportunities to make sure your tech setup is good to go for the HART Studio live build sessions.

  • In this group session, I will walk us through how to setup Claude Code in Terminal and GitHub.

  • If we can’t get you fully setup in this session, I am offering 1:1 office hours to troubleshoot your particular setup. (Sign-up info below the fold.)

  • The session will be recorded and shared with HART Builders if you are unable to join.
